Every listing carries a published verification tier that states exactly how far the desk has checked it. Deals are brokered directly by people who work in Zimbabwe.

The desk carries out the registry searches, site visits and introductions that an investor abroad cannot do easily, so capital can reach good ground with confidence.

Each listing is assigned a verification tier under a published methodology, so you can see what has been confirmed and what has not.
How we verifyTeaser in public, detail under NDA
The public page shows mineral, province, size and title type. Coordinates, documents and price are released by the desk once an NDA is in place.
See the marketplaceBrokered directly
The desk introduces both sides, manages the NDA and handles the handover in person. Neither party is named to the other until both agree.
